Program
Saturday
- 9:30 to 10 am - Regulation about captive birds' possession
- 10 to 11 am - First contact with birds, equipment and bird food
- 11 to 12pm - Animal care and maintenance of the facilities
- 12 to 1:30 pm - Lunch
- 1:30 to 3 pm - Weighing and feeding of the non-working birds
- 3 to 5 pm - Walk with bird on the glove and flying exercise
Sunday
- 9 to 10 am - Use of the different birds of prey. Diseases and health care
- 10 to 12 pm - Weighing, health care and use of the radio tracking
- 12 to 1:30 pm - Lunch
- 1:30 to 4 pm - Followed walk (family or friends can join to take pictures)
- 4 to 5 pm - Feeding and debriefing
Information
- 8 persons maximum per course
- Choose adapted clothing for season and place
- Minimum age: 12 years old
- Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult
- Food and accomodation at the expenses of the participants. Lunch is taken in common at the Carrefour cafeteria ( between 12 and 18 €)
- Price for two-day course : 300 Euros TTC
